The outbound training programme was specifically designed to enhance the leadership skills, time management skills, improving team work abilities and communication skills and nourishes the interpersonal skills. More than 90 members of the executive team participated in two OBT sessions which were held at the Wijeya Holiday Resort in Kiriella. The session included a series of team building exercises and adventure activities.
