Ocean Lanka celebrated International Women's Day in style, with over 200 of their female employees coming together at Hotel PT Gardens for a day of learning, development, and inspiration. The event was graced by Professor Wasana Maithree Herath, a leading academic from UVA Wellassa University who served as the Chief Guest.

The day was packed with valuable sessions aimed at promoting personal and professional growth. Ms. Chathu De Silva, a renowned expert from Cosmo Clinic, conducted a session on personal grooming, providing practical tips and advice for looking and feeling your best. Meanwhile, Mr. Niroshan Balasuriya, Founder & CEO of HR mate, led a session on work-life balance, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a healthy equilibrium between work and personal life.
